Wood burning has become a new hobby of mine. It’s strangely soothing to drag a hot pen across some wood to leave beautiful textured scars. The first one is inspired by the murder city devils, the second was a bit of semi-religious inspiration with no meaning that comes to mind, the third is my take on a process cross and one of the families mottos. Sorry for the rants and raves about my camp crafts. Some of these will be sent to friends, some will be put on the walls around Oakland using wood epoxy, I’d trade some if I was offered the right things. Blah, blah, blah, blah. -Matthew .616.
Kyle and I made a zine together about how we both grew up in the catholic church and how serving as altar boys affected us. Inside are lurid tales of stained glass lust, sinful kisses in the back room of churches, broken marriages, and bad faith. We combined images from both of our memories into collages. 18 pages of the search for self divinity.

Me and my biological brother looking hard/dapper/torn up after the post wedding Hamptons brunch. I taught him to dress sharp he taught me to fight dirty.

All around a successful night.
Another night of no sleep, another day of airports and cramped seats. Anyone want to pick me up from laguardia?
